1. Shipping Destinations We ship to France, the European Union, and the Middle East.
2. Order Processing All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Carrier We ship all orders via DHL.
4. Delivery Timeframes Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

5. Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders over €250, regardless of destination.
6. PO Boxes We do ship to PO Boxes.
7. Free Click & Collect We offer a free pick-up pointat: Port Maillot, Paris, France If you'd like to collect your order in person, select this option at checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
8. Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
9. Customs & Duties For orders shipped to the Middle East, customs fees or import duties may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
